I started my career in the NHS, moved into financial services where I was heavily involved in designing and developing performance management, flexible benefits and employee engagement approaches, working closely with Managers and unions to deliver best practice. My next step took me into manufacturing/electronics/automotive sectors, being involved in change management, people development and employee relations.

With vast experience of multinational, private equity and small/medium-sized businesses across a range of sectors, at strategic and operational levels, I launched Willow Tree HR in 2017. My portfolio of clients now covers charities, IT, accountancy, manufacturing, automotive and retail to name but a few.

 I am passionate about engaging with businesses and individuals, advising them on how to bring out the very best in their teams and to assist them to grow and flourish.
